MAKING EMPLOYMENT EASIER

FEDERAL BONDING

Planning is key:  How Federal Bonds can make employment easier:

Federal bonds help alleviate hesitancy by employers to hire employees considered "at-risk" or hard-to-place due to things such as judicial involvement,

substance abuse recovery, poor credit, lack of work history or dishonorable discharge.

How to obtain a federal bond:

  1. Enroll in your local Department of Labor  - American Job Center
  2. Bonds are issued for the first 6 months of employment
  3. Bonds are typically issued for $5,000 of fidelity insurance coverage
  4. There is no cost for the bond to the employer or employee
  5. Federal Bonds are processed by the DEW State Federal Bonding Coordinator
  6. They automatically terminate after 6 months

The goal for all our participants is to be hired directly by their employers.

However, we do offer a staffing component for employers who prefer this method of hiring.
A bit about our staffing model:

Our unique staffing model is offered at the low rate of 45% and is designed to offer our Employer Partners a trial period with their new hire. After a 3 month period, employers may choose to continue with staffing or hire their employee directly on their books. There are no buy outs, a simple roll over to the employer books is the process method.
