    We work with a diverse group of individuals. 


    Second Chance Jobs was created to support justice involved citizens in getting back into the workforce and has evolved to include anyone seeking career support. 


    Justice Involved Citizens, Displaced Workers, Veterans Transitioning to Civilian Careers, People Seeking a New Career Path, People Getting Back Into The Workforce After Not Working For A Period of Time all benefit from our programs.

  • How Can Second Chance Jobs Help Employers Find & Retain Quality Employees?

    Our employer partners love working with our participants. When someone works hard and puts effort into their career and new opportunities, employers have found that they become outstanding employees that are reliable, trainable and often advance into leadership positions.


    Second Chance Jobs specializes in career training and personal development. Our Secret Sauce, is our Winning Edge: Work &  Life Essential Skills Programs which our participants engage in. This program trains the aspects of how to work successfully, to develop leadership skills, team work and work essential skills that employers need for success and growth.


    Employers also benefit from our coaching team which supports both employers and new employees for up  to 18 months. Our coaches can help with barriers to employment, upskilling, motivational training and bridging skills gaps for successful employment outcomes.
