Second Chance Jobs HVRP

HVRP has two core objectives. They are to provide services to assist in reintegrating homeless veterans into meaningful employment within the labor force and to stimulate the development of effective service delivery systems that will address the complex problems facing homeless veterans. Homeless Veterans’ Reintegration Program (HVRP) is an employment-focused competitive Federal grant program, providing assistance to veterans experiencing homelessness to reach their full employment potential and obtain high-quality career outcomes. HVRP supports veteran job seekers as they confront and overcome the barriers that prevent them from finding and retaining employment.
